Job Description Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for growth of NavCare services including Chronic Care (CCM), Transitional Care (TCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Population Health (PHM) services via the acquisition of new contracts/customers in their assigned territories. The Sales Manager, in most cases, will have an individual territory and will also be assigned to other sales activities including trade shows, conferences, digital marketing follow-up, and other sales lead generating activities. All Sales Managers will be expected to perform individual sales duties at the highest levels and should display professional behavior both externally and internally. Implementation support and ongoing account management of all contracted clients will be a major focus for the Sales Manager. Participation in sales training, sales leadership and program development committees may also be required. Sales Managers will be expected to be a resource for their division as well as our company as a whole.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

A. Achieves net contribution growth goals necessary to support company objectives.

B. Independently acquires new customers and contracts for NavCare services.

C. Completes all required account data, call log, and customer data collection required.

D. Exhibits knowledge of NavCare service capabilities as well as Medicare, supplemental, third-party payer, and private-pay reimbursement for CCM, TCM, RPM and Population Health Management. Has working knowledge of industry trends in relation to physician and hospital reimbursement, quality reporting, and regulatory compliance.

E. Capable of independent presentation and the delivery of sales presentations, training modules, education regarding service capabilities for all product lines and helps to educate clients, potential clients, and other healthcare professionals on NavCare. Must be able to present at a high-level in high-stakes environment to individual physicians, practice managers, health system, ACO, or other healthcare executives, boards, etc. in person or through the use of video conferencing.

F. Has in-depth knowledge of the financial picture of NavCare and corporate fiscal goals and objectives. Exhibits ability to perform market analysis and knowledge of industry trends and market activities.

G. Effectively cultivates new business opportunities and territories by communicating with the Operational Leadership Group.

H. Participates in effective networking activities as approved by the VP of Business Development.

I. Manages company resources regarding expenses and time management appropriately.

J. Displays highest level of professionalism internally and externally and works to promote those ideals throughout the organization.

Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health related field preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of Healthcare or related sales experience is preferred. Proven track record of meeting established sales quota numbers is desired.

3. Must be able to travel overnight up to 75%.

4. Must be able to function efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

5. Must have strong computer skills.

Continuing Education Requirements: Organization personnel are expected to participate in appropriate continuing education as may be requested and/or required by their immediate supervisor. In addition, organization personnel are expected to accept personal responsibility for other educational activities to enhance job related skills and abilities. All personnel must attend mandatory educational programs.
